Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. is a small local team of qualified tradesmen offering a wide range of construction needs. We are based in Lelant, near St Ives and cover all areas of Cornwall and the South West. We specialise in all aspects of construction work at domestic, site and commercial levels. Our clients range from individual domestic kitchen fits to working for large nationwide companies. Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. has grown as a company and over the years have diverged into a complete build company.
We take every project seriously, offering free project reviews to discuss the client’s wishes and aspirations. A detailed written quote stating exactly what will be done and timescales is a standard practice. All jobs and public liabilities are comprehensively insured with the NFU Mutual. Health and safety is always first at Maple Leaf Construction Ltd., with certain members of the team trained in First Aid.
Maple Leaf Construction undertook a complicated extension and delivered an excellent result ahead of schedule. MLC have a well motivated team: hard working , considerate and super tidy. Plus the contractors he used were first class, as were the suppliers he recommended. Caley stayed personally involved throughout the project. It was clear that he wanted the end result to be outstanding and he made sure that it was.
